A generously textured and spicy dry white.
Made from Malvasia d’Istria and Pinot Bianco grapes. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Spicy pear, dried apple and quince aromas are trailed by some almond and slatey mineral notes. Ripe pear, Jonathan apple and quince fruits are quite round and full in their flow across the palate with delicate honeysuckle and spice elements sitting in the background. Brisk acidity with a generously textured and spicy finish.
