Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Pronounced aromas of lime juice and lemon mix with some green apple, wet steel and flinty mineral notes. Tense and steely in its feel, lemon and lime fruits are framed by piercingly crisp acidity. Dry chalky finish with steely mineral elements lingering through the tightly coiled finish.
