Zesty lemon, lime and crunchy green apple fruits with a long, tense finish.

Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Elevated lemon, lime juice and green apple scents are trailed by chalk and steely mineral notes. Zesty lemon, lime and crunchy green apple fruits are delivered with clarity and focus. Crisp underlying acidity with chalky mineral and wet steel elements extending across the back half. Finishes dry, long and tense.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.

The distinctive lime edge of this vineyard emerges immediately on the nose with other notes of limestone and sea spray. The palate is deeply intense with a degree of Riesling tension. The light oyster shell minerality adds another dimension with a crunchy acidity bringing a racy lip-smacking palate feel. Drink 2024-2036.
