Sourced from 25-year-old vines in the granite-rich soils of northern Macedon Ranges, this Chardonnay highlights both place and precision. Wild yeast fermentation and ten months on solids and lees (with 30% new oak) mirror the approach used for the Bindi Chardonnays. Expect lifted notes of lemon, cashew, spice, and blossom with a fresh, chalky palate that is long, textured, and built to age gracefully.
