2024 De Bortoli The Estate Vineyard Chardonnay

A nicely fleshed, mid weighted Yarra Valley Chardonnay.

Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Attractive white peach, ripe nectarine and dried honey scents drift from the glass trailed by some biscuity nougat, delicate crème brulee and spice notes. Mid weighted, the palate carries a nicely fleshed feel with white peach and nectarine fruits to the fore. Subtle dried honey, biscuity nougat and spice elements sit beneath. Good freshness with a shapely medium length finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
