Brilliant pale straw colour with green highlighted edges and a watery hue. Intense white peach, dried honey and cashew scents enchant the olfactory senses with some creme brulee, citrusy nougat and spicy butterscotch notes also evident. Rich and concentrated yet refined in its flow, the mid weighted palate is decorated with fleshy white peach, pear and dried honey flavours. Cashew, biscuity nougat, subtle crème brulee and spice elements sit in the background. Balanced acidity provides an underlying freshness to the long, gently creamed finish.
