A savoury red fruited blend with a spice and dried herb laden finish.

Semi translucent dark red colour with black toned edges and a red hue. Spicy dark cherry and red liquorice aromas mix with earth and stalky dried herb notes. Savoury cherry and spicy red liquorice fruits meld into a back drop of earth and dried herbs. Fine grained tannins with a spice and dried herb laden finish.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.

Pinot from the Abbey vineyard and syrah from the estate vineyard; some whole bunches used in both components. A light, bright crimson. Like last year's version, this well-priced, fragrant, red-fruited and spicy wine has the right balance of silky tannins and bright acidity that makes this work as both a lightly chilled red and one served a little warmer. Drink by 2028.
