2024 Dalrymple Vineyards Chardonnay

An excellent Tassie Chardonnay displaying freshness, texture and layered complexity.

Fermented and matured in a mixture of 85% French oak (10% new) and 15% ceramic egg for a period of 10 months.
Brilliant pale straw colour with green highlighted edges and a watery hue. Show good lift, aromas of nectarine, white peach and subtle grapefruit combine with biscuity oak, citrusy nougat and gun flint notes. Generous nectarine, grapefruit and white peach flavours unfold across the mid weighted palate showing both refinement and freshness. Biscuity oak, spicy nougat, citrusy cashew and delicate infusions of gun flint are detailed across the back half. Streamlined acidity with a long, well fleshed finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
