A savoury, dark fruited Pinot Noir with a lengthy finish.
Matured for 9 months in French oak barrels. Dark red core with black toned edges and a dark red hue. Fragrant violet top notes mix with dark cherries, anise and ripe strawberries. Some bramble, rhubarb, forest floor and spicy cedar notes are also evident. Savoury dark cherry and strawberry fruits overlay a back drop of anise, brambly earth, dried herbs and spicy cedar. Supple in its flow, it has polished fine grained tannins and a lengthy finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
