A rich, juicy full bodied McLaren Vale Shiraz.
Aged in French oak for 12 months. Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated aromas of blackberry and liquorice mix with inky scorched earth, subtle vanillin cedar and blackpepper notes. Very juicy and rich, the full bodied palate is awash with lush blackberry and liquorice fruits which meld into a vanillin cedar, inky earth and pepper back drop. Ripe polished tannins carry a sturdy underbelly. Concludes long and succulent.
