Brilliant very pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Lime, green apple and pear scents are trailed by citrusy mineral notes. Delicious pear, lime and Granny Smith apple fruits make a nicely rounded entrance. Zingy acidity with some stony mineral elements lingering across the long racy finish.
