2024 Coldstream Hills Chardonnay

Delightfully scented, layered and expansive with a long, refined finish.

Fermented and matured on lees for a period of 9 months in a mix of seasoned and new French oak barriques, puncheons and vats.
Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Delighting the olfactory senses are amplified aromas of white peach, nectarine and dried honey. Also chiming in are some subtle biscuity oak, nougat and spice notes. Layered and expansive, delicious white peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours unravel across the mid weighted palate. Nougat, subtle biscuity oak, citrus and delicate spice accents sit underneath. Fresh yet gently creamy in its flow, it finishes long and refined.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
