Brilliant very pale straw almost water like core with highlights of green around the edges. Graphite and clove like top notes are followed by some lime, green apple and spice scents. Crunchy lime and citrus flavours meld into a dried herb and steely graphite like infused back drop. Crisp acidity with a dry chalky finish.
