2024 Christopher Patrice Petit Chablis

A fresh, energetic Chablis with brisk acidity and a river stone laden conclusion.

Brilliant pale straw colour with straw tinged edges and a watery hue. Pear, lime and dried honey scents emanate from the glass trailed by some wet stone and subtle saline like notes. Fresh and energetic yet possessing a textural mid palate feel, pear, lime and subtle dried honey flavours overlay a wet stone and oyster shell like minerality. Brisk acidity with a river stone laden conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
