A run of the mill Pinot Gris with fleshy fruit and a dry, mid length finish.
Pale apricot skin tinged colour with a watery hue. Aromas of very ripe apple join with baked pear, quince and musk. Fleshy pear, peach and apple fruits overlay a quince and delicate spice back drop. Brisk acidity enlivens the dry, mid length finish.
