A youthful, slightly chewy Montepulciano with juicy morello cherry and ripe plum fruits.
Deep midnight black core with a vibrant dark red hue. Ripe morello cherry, plum and liquorice aromas show good aromatic lift out of the glass with some earthy incense and spice notes also chiming in. Juicy morello cherry and ripe plum fruits are to the fore with subtle earthy incense, dried herb and spice elements lurking in the background. Nicely fleshed yet youthful feel with slightly chewy tannins, fresh acidity and a gentle inkiness to the medium length finish.
