A mid weighted King Valley Chardonnay with fresh underlying acidity and a gently creamed finish.
Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a green glow to the surrounds and a watery hue. Amplified aromas of peach, nectarine and subtle grapefruit are intermeshed with hints of biscuity oak, bees wax and gun flint. Rich peach, dried honey and nectarine flavours meld into a roasted almond, subtle crème brulee and spice back drop. Fresh underlying acidity with a gently creamed finish.
