Other Reviews….
We know Heathcote shiraz has power, but it can also have elegance. Cue this impressive young shiraz from Rob and Meegan Peebles which combines both qualities. Brilliant dark purple hues. Florals, wild herbs and mint rise from the glass with dark fruits, blueberry, plum and dark spices – lifted, fragrant and so pretty. Savoury black olive notes are introduced on the palate together with a solid base of ripe fruit, spice, chocolate and earth. Well defined in tannin, but there is an enduring elegance that so delights. Drink by 2033.
