A light, elegant and fresh Yarra Valley Cabernet with juicy red fruit.
Deep black dark red colour with a vibrant red to dark red hue. Intense aromas of red currant, red liquorice and mulberry are complimented by bay leaf, subtle dusty vanillin cedar and spicy tobacco notes. Light, elegant and fresh, juicy red currant, red cherry and mulberry fruits are interwoven with infusions of bay leaf, earth and delicate spicy black olive characters. Bright acidity and fine grained tannins with a subtle chalkiness to the refined finish.
