A light, elegant Pinot Noir that’s both spicy and savoury.
Semi translucent red to dark red colour with black toned edges and a light red hue. Fragrant violet, dried clove, red cherry and strawberry scents mix with brambly forest floor and spicy dried herb notes. Light and elegant, the palate sees red cherry, winter strawberry and rhubarb flavours make a supple entrance. Notions of dried clove, brambly forest floor and spice lie underneath. Fresh acidity and fine grained tannins with a medium length conclusion that’s both spicy and savoury.
