Pear and tangy lemon flavours underscored by lively acidity with tertiary flavours lingering across the brisk, linear finish.
Fermented in oak puncheons (8% new), then matured on fine lees for 10 months. Bright yellow straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe peach and pear intermix with honeycomb, lemon butter, roasted almond and spice notes. Pear and tangy lemon flavours are underscored by lively acidity. Buttered almond, subtle toasty kerosene and spice characters lie underneath. Brisk, linear finish.
