Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, baked apple and honeysuckle fill the nostrils with some green apple, subtle musk and delicate ginger spice notes also evident. Rich and luscious, pear, ripe apple, lychee and gentle musk flavours carry impressive textural volume and shape across the palate. Honeysuckle and ginger spice elements linger underneath. Refreshing acidity enlivening the long, well-proportioned finish.

A pinot gris with weight and soft texture, this has attractive bitter lemons, peaches, stone, flint and spice character. Full-bodied, it shows lots of flavor and richness at the end. White-pepper and nutmeg undertones in the aftertaste with some almond puree. Drink now. Screw cap.
