Brilliant pale straw colour with subtle highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach, dried honey and cashew mix with hints of nectarine, nougat and spice. Rich, full and creamy textured, the palate is filled with peach, ripe nectarine, fig, dried honey and cashew flavours with some spicy nougat elements lingering underneath. A fresh line of acidity lends balance to the long enveloping finish.
