2024 50° Riesling Trocken

A dry, racy, animatedly fruity Riesling.

From the Schloss Johannisberg team in the Rheingau, this dry Riesling is sourced from select plots near the 50th parallel.
Brilliant very pale straw colour with flashes of green to the edges and a watery hue. Lime, red apple and orange blossom scents sail out of the glass followed by some delicate honeysuckle and slatey mineral notes. Delicious lime, pear and red apple fruits meld into a subtle honeysuckle, orange blossom and mineral slate back drop. Racy acidity with a long, dry animatedly fruity finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
