Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Ripe pear and Jonathan apple skin aromas jump out of the glass with some lime and wet stone notes also evident. Fleshy pear and red apple fruits drive the palate which possesses a lively yet nicely rounded feel. Lime, wet stone and mineral characteristics sit underneath. Crisp acidity with a refreshing medium to long finish.
