Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and red apple skin carry a wet slate overlay with hints of orange blossom and flinty mineral notes also evident. Juicy lime, green to red apple and pear fruits fill the mouth underpinned by slatey acidity. Zingy feel with infusions of orange blossom and flint also chiming in. Dry, stony mineral laden finish that has plenty of zip to it.
