2023 Urmeneta Reserva Carmenere

A fleshy red to black fruited Carmenere with the varietals trademark tobacco and capsicum accents.

Aged in French oak for 10 months. Pitch black in colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Spicy capsicum top notes mix with some red to black currant, tobacco and tomato leaf. Fleshy red to black currant fruits are intermeshed with liquorice, tobacco, earth and spicy dried herb accents. Faint traces of capsicum are also evident. Fine grained tannins with a savoury medium length finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
