2023 Tscharke Girl Talk

A certified organic blend of 61% Savagnin, 6% Albarino and 33% Grenache Blanc aged in tank in fine lees for a period of 5 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Green apple, lime and pear aromas emanate from the glass followed by hints of mandarin and wet stone. Zippy Granny Smith apple and lime flavours race across the palate underscored by subtle pear, infusions of fresh herbs and mineral. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and an energetic stony mineral laden aftertaste.
