A vibrant dry white with a smooth mid palate feel and zingy acidity.
A blend of Parellada and White Grenache grapes. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a subtle glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Spicy pear and red apple skin aromas mix with citrus and quince like notes. Vibrant fleshy pear and red apple fruits are underpinned by zingy acidity with some quince and spice characters also chiming in. Smooth river stone like mid palate feel finishing dry with a gentle tang.
