A rich, abundantly fruited Barossa Shiraz that marries opulence with a sturdy structure.
Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black hue. Pronounced black cherry and liquorice aromas are welded to vanillin cedar, scorched earth and peppered fennel notes. Rich, juicy and concentrated, the weighty palate is awash with lush black cherry, liquorice and dark plum fruits. Ripe slightly chewy tannins with vanillin cedar, scorched earth and peppered fennel elements the undercard. Abundantly fruited it concludes long and opulent yet sturdy in structure.
