2023 Tenafeate Creek Wines Basket Press Grenache

Very deep dark red black core with a vibrant red to dark red hue. Freshly crushed dark raspberry and liquorice scents sail out of the glass followed by some ripe cherry, confectionary and vanillin earth like notes. Rich and juicy the palate is awash with concentrated dark raspberry, liquorice and black cherry fruit. Superb power with notions of vanillin earth and spicy pepper lying underneath. A firm yet integrated tannin structure lends a slightly chewy feel. Concludes long, spicy and super succulent.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
