Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinct greenish tone to the edges and a watery hue. Nosing offers up a refined aromatic profile of pear, white peach and subtle dried honey followed by some wet stone, biscuit and subtle citrusy mineral notes. Nicely fleshed the palate features pear and nectarine flavours over subtle grapefruit, wet stone, delicate cashew and mineral elements. Good underling freshness finishing long and elegant.
