A very spicy and structured Pinot with a savoury flavour profile.
Aged in French oak barriques for 8 months. Dark red core with black toned edges and a dark red hue. Spicy dark cherry, strawberry and anise aromas emanate followed by some dried herb and subtle earthy graphite like notes. Nicely fleshed and spicy, the palate has a savoury flavour profile of red to dark cherry, anise, dried herbs and earthy graphite. Slightly chalky tannins and bright acidity with a structured and spicy finish.
