Semi translucent red colour with black toned edges and a bright red hue. Lifted sour to red cherry and violet aromas mix with hints of stalk, earth and spicy herbs. Light in body, crunchy red cherry and winter strawberry flavours overlay stalky cedar, infusions of fresh herbs and spice. Fine grained tannins and lively acidity finishing fresh and savoury with spicy red fruits.
