A juicy, fleshy textured Central Otago Pinot.
Dark red core with black toned edges and a vibrant red to dark red hue. The nose is filled with dark cherry, anise, dark plum and ripe strawberry scents. Dried herb, earth, vanillin cedar and spice notes ensue. Juicy ripe cherry, plum and strawberry fruits adorn the fleshy textured palate. Some earthy anise, dried herb and spice elements lurk underneath. Polished tannins with a supple feel to the medium to long finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
