2023 Principe Corsini Le Corti Chianti Classico

A delicious red fruited Chianti that finishes fresh and savoury.

The family behind Villa Le Corti, the Corsini Family, has an amazing history as winemakers that dates back to the 13th century making it one of the oldest Estates in Tuscany. Current custodian of the Corsini Empire is 22nd generation Duccio Corsini.
A blend of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Colorino. Dark red in colour with black toned edges and a red to dark red hue. Aromas of red currant and red cherry infused with fresh herbs are followed by hints of earthy tobacco and spice. Delicious red currant and red cherry fruits are delivered with plenty of richness over a red liquorice, earthy tobacco, dried herb and spice background. Slightly chalky tannins and fresh acidity with a savoury red fruited conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
