Brilliant water like core with green tinged edges. Intense lime, citrus and orange rind scents jump out of the glass followed by some distinct talc and chalky mineral notes. Crunchy lime, citrus and orange rind flavours are delivered with terrific concentration and volume across the palate. Chalky talc and steely mineral characters lie underneath. Crisp, tart like acidity finishing dry, long and scrumptious.
