Rich and amply powered with finely structured graphite like tannins and a long savoury finish.

Dark red in colour with black toned edges and a light red to red hue. Fragrant red to dark cherry, winter strawberry and anise scents mix with clove, earthy graphite and spicy cedar notes. Rich fleshy dark cherry, strawberry and anise flavours meld into a toasty cedar, earth, dried herb and spice back drop. Amply powered it has finely structured graphite like tannins and a long savoury finish.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
