2023 Palliser Estate Pinot Noir

A generously fruited yet savoury Martinborough Pinot Noir that shows plenty of spice.

Matured in French oak barrels for 10 months with 5% whole bunch inclusion. Semi translucent dark red core with black shaded edges and a light red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherry, strawberry and anise flood the nostrils with whiffs of rhubarb, bramble, dried herbs and spice also evident. Fleshy dark cherry, strawberry and anise flavours make a supple entry onto the palate. Toasty vanillin cedar, dried herb, bramble and spice elements sit underneath. Polished tannins with a generously fruited yet savoury finish that shows plenty of spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
