2023 Osicka Selection Colbinabbin Cabernet Sauvignon

Midnight black in colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Lifted ripe blackcurrant and red plum scents delicately infused with bay leaf drift from the glass followed by some dusty earth, vanillin cedar and spice notes. Juicy red to black currant and red plum fruits flood the mid weighted palate with notions of dried herbs, vanillin cedar, earthy tobacco and spicy bay leaf characters lying underneath. Polished feel with fine grained tannins and a long refined yet succulently fresh conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
