Rich, seductively fruited and velvety, this is a classically crafted McLaren Vale Shiraz from one of the region's most loved winemakers.

Dense pitch black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Flooding the nostrils are ripe blackberry and liquorice scents which are intertwined with some black cherry, dark chocolate, smoky vanillin cedar and peppered earth notes. Rich, velvety and succulent, the palate is swamped with concentrated blackberry, liquorice and ripe black cherry fruits. Spicy vanillin oak, traces of earthy dark chocolate and pepper the side act. Silky smooth tannins with a long, sumptuous finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
