ABV: 13%Closure: Diam CorkMade from Sangiovese grapes using the saignee method. Salmon pink tinged colour. Intense strawberry, raspberry and blood orange scents jump out of the glass followed by some wet stone and spice notes. Delicious peach, strawberry and blood orange fruits have a gentle tangy feel over a stony mineral back drop. Finishes bone dry and savoury with crisp acidity. Supplely textured yet spicy finish.
