Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and green apple mix with lime, fresh herb and wet slate notes. Nicely rounded in the mouth flavours of pear and lime are featured over a back drop of subtle quince and cinnamon spice. Finishes dry with brisk underlying acidity and a shapely river stone like conclusion.
