Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Distinct lime juice top notes mix with Granny Smith apple, lemon, wet steel, orange rind and chalky mineral like scents. Crunchy lime, lemon and orange rind flavours meld into a wet steel and chalky mineral back drop. Crisp acidity brings tension. Finishes dry, long and focused.
