2023 Linke Cabernet Sauvignon

A rich, bold Barossa Cabernet with a mix of black, dried and stewed fruit.

Dense inky black heart with a deep very dark brick red black tinged hue. Intense black plum, liquorice and toasty vanillin oak aromas flood the nostrils followed by some cassis liqueur, earth and subtle spicy tobacco notes. Rich and opulent, black plum, liquorice and dried cherry flavours engulf the mouth with notions of cassis, earthy leather and spice sitting in the background. Sturdy yet velvety tannins with spicy stewed fruit and liquorice flavours lingering across the finish.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
