2023 Lambert Crudo Chardonnay

Luke Lambert sources his Chardonnay from 20-year-old vines planted in granite soils of the Denton Vineyard in Yarra Glen. Handpicked fruit is whole bunch pressed and fermented in a 2000-litre French oak foudre for three to four months of maturation before being bottled unfiltered with minimal sulphur added. Expect a composed and balanced palate of ripe fruit, fragrant white flowers, and stony minerality with a long and moreish finish.
