Rich and texturally mouth filling with a long, dry yet viscously fleshed finish.

Bright yellow straw colour with pale gold tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, bees wax and dried apple mix with quince and subtle ginger spice notes. Rich and texturally mouth filling, flavours of ripe pear, Jonathan apple and dried honey overlay a quince, delicate almond and ginger back drop. Balanced acidity with a long, dry yet viscously fleshed finish.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
