A blend of 50% Sangiovese, 30% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark red core with black toned edges and a dark red hue. Attractive red currant and dark cherry scents intermix with dried herb, earth and spicy tobacco notes. Showing some rustic charm, the mid weighted palate features red currant and red to dark cherry fruits over a dried herb, earthy tobacco and spice back drop. Lively acidity and chalky tannins with a tense yet savoury finish.
