2023 Hugo Family Estate Shiraz

Rich and fleshy with a fresh line of acidity and a juicy pepper laced conclusion.

Impenetrable black as night colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Sailing through the nostrils with plenty of intensity are aromas of liquorice and blackberry infused with vanillin cedar, earthy graphite and peppered fennel notes. Rich fleshy liquorice and blackberry fruits are underpinned by a line of fresh acidity. Dark plum, scorched earth and peppered fennel elements sit underneath. Fine graphite like tannins with a juicy pepper laced conclusion.
