Tense and tightly wound finishing dry, elegant and focused.
Brilliant yellow straw colour with a watery hue. The nose offers up aromas of lime, red apple skin, pear and mandarin followed by some distinct floral notes and hints of honeysuckle. Tense lemon and lime flavours are intermeshed with green apple skin and steely mineral elements. Tightly wound, it has crisp acidity finishing dry, elegant and focused.
